To qualify, they must have high potential for the positions they're pursuing. Our goal is to positively impact their personal and professional development by matching them with compatible employers that will result in a successful outcome. We carefully select our mentees and entry-level candidates based on their exceptional potential, and we expect them to meet or exceed employer expectations at least 75% of the time.


Our military veterans have unique life experiences that set them apart from entry-level candidates, and they often have more nuanced expectations and needs. However, their potential to meet or exceed expectations is equal to any other member of TalentNET.


To post a hire TalentNET prospect in this program, we require the employer's hiring manager to benchmark above average in executive leadership and talent development. If they do not meet this standard, TalentNET will not promote the position on its platform.

Our assessment process combines AI-driven psychometrics with human insights, resulting in high-potential prospects who consistently exceed employer expectations over 80% of the time.


Terms

Our fee is fixed or calculated as a percentage (approximately 25% of Total Cash Compensation), net of $7,500 engagement fee and performance assessment costs.

This is how it works! Let's say you work with our talent agency and we help you secure a job that pays $200,000 per year. Your new employer pays the Agency a consulting fee of 30%, which amounts to $60,000. To make sure we're all on the same page, we offer the client a twelve-month warranty on your performance, along with a 20% holdback of the placement fee until you've had a chance to prove yourself on the job and the client is satisfied with your performance. After a one-year performance evaluation, you receive 10% of the total placement fee once everything is settled.
