Our proactive job search programme maintains a high standard, catering to members who meet the required qualifications and experience for their desired roles. Through our psychometric assessment, we gauge their "on-the-job potential" by evaluating intrinsic behavioural competencies crucial for success in their designated positions. This method allows our programme to forecast outcomes accurately, particularly for entry-level candidates. The talent ratio at this performance level stands at approximately 8 out of every 1000 applicants, with candidates surpassing clients' on-the-job expectations statistically 85% of the time.


Terms:

Clients engaging with our market-making service are subject to a modest monthly fee of $250 for a 3-month period. This initial cost encompasses packaging, customised strategy sessions, and the execution of our marketing programme. Upon successful placement, you recoup this investment and yield greater returns upon completing the performance warranty period.


Upon completion of the warranty, we will pay you a post-placement bonus.

For example, when you partner with our talent agency and land a role with a $200,000 annual salary, your new employer pays us a 30% consulting fee - that's $60,000. To ensure client satisfaction, we provide a twelve-month performance guarantee and hold back 20% of the placement fee until you've proven your capabilities on the job and the client is pleased with your performance. After the warranty period and performance evaluation, you receive a 10% share of the total placement fee or $6,000.00 as a post-placement performance bonus from Rutherford International.
